Eligibility & Account Registration

To use an33, you must be at least 18 years old. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be merged or suspended. When registering, you must provide accurate personal details — full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. an33 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, an33 requires identity verification. Acceptable documents include:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

Verification is typically reviewed within 6 hours of submission. Submit clear photos of your document and ensure the details match what you entered during registration. Accounts that fail verification cannot access withdrawals.

Account Security and Responsibility

Your an33 account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Do not share your password with anyone. an33 staff will never ask for your password by chat, email, or phone.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We can suspend access while we investigate. an33 is not liable for losses that occur because a player shared their credentials willingly.

Accounts must be used only by the registered holder. Letting someone else bet from your account — even a family member — is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

an33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and Upay. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

Withdrawals below ৳1,300 will not be processed. Requests above the daily limit of ৳190,000 must be split across multiple days. an33 may request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts. Funds must originate from the same payment method used for the deposit — no third-party transfers are accepted.

an33 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges — please check with them directly.

Bonus Terms and Wagering

an33 offers a first deposit bonus of 130% up to ৳30,000. To withdraw bonus-derived winnings, you must meet a wagering requirement of 18× the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,300 bonus, you need to wager ৳23,400 before the funds become withdrawable.

Reload bonuses (27% on eligible deposits) and daily cashback (1.1% on net losses) follow the same wagering requirement of 18×. All bonuses expire 7 days after they are credited. Unused bonus funds are forfeited after expiry.

Bonus Eligibility Rules

• Only one active bonus at a time per account.
• Bonuses apply to real-money deposits only — not to transferred or gifted funds.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through matched betting or coordinated accounts will result in bonus cancellation and possible suspension.
• an33 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer with reasonable notice.
• Referral bonus of ৳200 is credited after the referred friend completes their first qualifying deposit.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on an33 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and fishing games — are provided by licensed third-party studios: FA Chai, JILI, Spribe, Red Tiger, and CQ9. Each provider's individual game rules apply within their software. an33 does not alter the RTP or outcome logic of any game.

Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. If a game session disconnects mid-round, the outcome is determined by the provider's server records. an33 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Minimum and maximum bet limits differ by game. Refer to the game lobby for the specific limits before placing your stake. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum — if technically possible due to a software error — will result in the bet being voided and the stake refunded.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on an33 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or glitches for financial gain — report these to us instead.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable law.

Account Suspension and Closure

an33 may suspend or permanently close an account if these terms are breached, if fraudulent activity is detected, or if a player requests self-exclusion. When an account is suspended for a breach, any pending withdrawals and bonus balances are frozen pending investigation.

Limitation of Responsibility

an33 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain 24/7 availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

an33 is not liable for losses arising from: internet outages, device failures, delays caused by third-party payment providers, or events outside our reasonable control. Our maximum liability to any single player in connection with any single event is limited to the value of the stake placed in that round.

Responsible Gaming at an33
